Role: Angular .NET Developer 

Location: New York, NY – Onsite

Duration: 24+ Months 

Key Responsibilities:

• The Department of Housing Preservation and Development has a need for an experienced Angular .net Developer for the Real Time Field Force (RTFF) Mobile application that is a smartphone/tablet product that uses internet connectivity to access and transfer inspection data in real time. RTFF simplifies the inspection process by creating a central place for complaint, building and contact information and provides a seamless way to reach out to tenants by connecting them to the devices phone application. This RTFF project to build the following components:
• Lead – Private Dwelling
• Lead inspections for private dwellings.
• Auto Generate XRF Sequence and XRF Manual Entry - Only UAT
• Referrals Flow
• No Access Flows
• Dashboard: Add lead referrals Search filter for assignments page
• Dashboard: Ability To Show- Today's Activities- Recommended Actions remaining
• Dashboard: Ability to Log Into Dashboard- With City Wide Chief and Lead Routing Clerk
• Dashboard: Add Pairing Page for Lead
• Mobile App and Dispatch Center Enhancements
• Ability to view stop information prior starting an inspection
• Ability to provide location information related to where the inspector is taking the room temperature.
• Ability to search for specific violations based on keywords.
• Restrict child contacts to specific units
• Ability to select multiple problems at one time
• Ability to indicate no building access without having to individually answer each complaint.
• Dashboard: Filter Inspectors Zones by Borough
• Dashboard (Pairing): Ability to Add and Delete Inspector Pairs
• Dashboard: Enhancements to Inspector Profile and Page
• Dashboard: Assign- BU/Inspector Role From Dashboard
• Integration with Dispatch Center and HPDINFO
• Ensure all fields are mapped correctly between databases

The candidate will execute following tasks:

• Develop applications using Visual Studio.Net 2017, Xamarin. iOS, Xamarin. Android, Xamarin Forms, ASP. Net, C#, AngularJS, Oracle 12C, SQL Server 2017
• Design and Develop WebAPIs, Microservices, Entity Framework 6 or above.
• Design and Develop applications using Google Maps, Address APIs.
• Unit Test Applications
• Work Closely with Quality Assurance team and fix any defects.
• Participate in project development using Agile methodology
• Candidates will be required to work onsite

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in .Net C# programming, ASP. Net, ADO. Net, JavaScript
• Minimum of 4 years developing REST/WCF Services
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in HTML5 programming.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Angular JS.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in jQuery, JSON,XML
• Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle and SQL Server database environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle like Agile and Waterfall
